High school career
I came from a working family in an ordinary fourth-tier small county. My parents, like most people, are working workers. I have excellent grades in high school. I was in the top three and ten in the class. My mother used to be the student’s parent representative to teach public classes at the school. , Is the child of another family in the eyes of other parents. Teachers and parents have high hopes, and at one time they thought they would be admitted to a good university.
But the good times did not last long. Just before and after the 100-day sprint for the college entrance examination, I had pimples on my face during adolescence. For treatment, I had to go to the provincial Chinese medicine hospital every week for treatment. I went home and took pungent Chinese medicine every day. At least it will have some impact on learning, but this is not the most important. Due to repeated trips to and from the provincial capital, and the air conditioner on the top of the car in summer, I suffered from neurological migraine. In severe cases, I could not sleep all night and hit the wall with my head in the middle of the night.
A few weeks before the college entrance examination, I gradually returned to normal. I also brushed some questions and made some remedies, but in fact, I knew in my heart that the college entrance examination was cold. In the end, the result of the college entrance examination was as I expected, only more than 400 points in the exam, only enough for three books. At that time, I set the flag. Once in college, I must study hard, accumulate hard work, and overtake when I graduate. So I chose a software engineering major that I like, and self-taught some basic computer courses from the summer vacation.
University journey
As I made preparations in advance during the summer vacation, the school started smoothly, and my grades were among the best and kept in the forefront of majors. At the same time, I was discovered by my instructor before the end of the freshman year, and started to learn Web and PHP related development technologies with the instructor and laboratory senior at the beginning of the sophomore year. In order to have a quiet learning environment, I applied to my tutor for my own laboratory. After a year of hard work, in my junior year, the college student innovation and entrepreneurship project was successfully completed and won the provincial outstanding project. Internship
As I approached the summer vacation, I started to prepare my resume and went to Beijing to find an internship position. Within a week, I submitted hundreds of resumes and received more than a dozen interview notices. With my longing for Beijing (I came to Beijing for the first time since I was young), In June 18th, he came to Beijing alone. During the interview process this week, I lived in the basement and had 4 interviews across three districts a day. I went to the hotel for the first meal at 6 o’clock in the evening. I remembered clearly that I bought a fried skewers for more than ten yuan. Biscuits, a piece of watermelon, and a bottle of iced Coke, I felt that it was the most fragrant meal I have ever eaten in my life.
The reality is often cruel. Sometimes, you will not be rewarded if you work hard. There are more than a dozen interviews a week, and they all end in failure. Back at school, I bought two books, "PHP7 Low-Level Design and Source Code Implementation", "High Performance MySQL". At the same time, I found out the university's operating system, computer network, and data structure. In September 18th, I came back to Beijing again, less than 10 interviews, 4 offers, and finally, my efforts paid off. I chose Wangjing SOHO (my girlfriend kindly called it a dinosaur egg) to join:
Although this company is very good, the big dream in my heart has always existed. While completing the internship tasks, I still continue to review the basic knowledge after get off work and on weekends. At the same time, I pay attention to the internship opportunities of large factories. Finally, the effort paid off. Formal work trip
As we all know, the new jobs of good Internet companies are all recruited through school recruitment. Because of my three-year bachelor's degree, I have submitted a number of large-scale school recruitments, but in the end, they all fell to nothing. So I can only find more reliable social recruitment positions through social recruitment channels when I am about to graduate in April or May, and finally choose a small company I like (don’t look at the small company, but I like their products very much):
In this small and beautiful company, I have truly completed the transition from a student to a professional person. I have basic development capabilities and understand how difficult it is to build an excellent product. Thanks to Uncle Huan for his tolerance and training. But there is no permanent banquet in the world. For my long-term goal, in December 19, I chose to leave and join a leading medium-sized Internet company in the industry.
The new company has Baidu genes, so the entire development framework and process are relatively standardized. When I first came, I found that I had too much technology and knowledge that I hadn’t touched before, so I started crazy learning and first understood the company’s entire development structure. , Study the application layer framework source code, and be familiar with standard development, testing, and online tools. In the first year of employment, unless there are special circumstances, I have never walked before 9 o'clock, and sometimes even left after 11 o'clock in order to figure out a problem or slept on the camp bed of a company colleague in the middle of the night. After completing the development task, it is learning and learning. Not only that, during the weekend of this year, I rarely go out for entertainment, and I insist on reading technology-related books every day. Finally, my hard work has paid off. Through continuous efforts, my ability has been recognized by everyone. At the same time, I have been recognized for several months. Still the same sentence, I always have the dream of a big factory in my heart, and I think I must go to the big factory to see more and get in touch with some better people and higher-level technologies. I prepared my resume for the second time at the end of 20. I started riding a donkey to find a horse, and only selected well-known large factories when delivering. After about a week of interviews, I got a few favorite offers and finally chose to join Baidu.
