Pigeon 1.3 has been released, mail gateway

Pigeon 1.3 has been released. Pigeon is a mail gateway, built with Spring boot 2.4, based on Spring Security to provide BASIC authorization authentication. And built-in AES encryption protects your service password. Implement SMTP and IMAP protocols based on Seppiko Commons Mail.

Updates in this version include:

1. Upgrade Spring Boot 2.4.0
2. Dependency change spring-boot-starter-mail changed to Seppiko Commons Mail
3. Field changes imapTls and imapFallback changed to imapStartTlsEnable and imapStartTlsRequired
4. Add Seppiko Commons Utils
5. Add PostgreSQL client
6. Removal of spy.propertiesdefined driver
