UMS v2.1.4 has been released, user management scaffolding

Fixes and Improvements:
- Improvement: Adapting the AuthDefaultRequest subclass through the adapter mode replaces the one-by-one inheritance method of the AuthDefaultRequest subclass. Because CSDN and FEISHU do not support third-party authorized login, the third-party support is deleted.
- Optimization: The log repeatedly records the problem of abnormal call chains.
- Document: Update permission sequence diagram.
