Gitmars 2.18.0 has been released, a highly customizable git workflow tool

Updates to this release include:

1. Added gitm aliascommand, initialize: git alias init, remove:git alias remove
2. Added alias command to use gitmars, you can use git mars xxxor git flow xxx, both are equivalent togitm xxx
3. config configuration increased apis, the original config.apimigrated toconfig.apis.userInfo
4. Added config.apis.buildConfiginterface configuration for reading build configuration with higher priority thanconfig.apolloConfig
5. upgrade dependencies
