JupyterLab-export files in py format
I have been using jupyternotebook before, but later switched to jupyterlab, because jupyter defaults to ipynb files, like Spyder, pycharm defaults to py format files. The py format file can be exported through File-download in the notebook, but jupyterlab cannot find it (because some colleagues use pycharm). Finally, after some research, I found that it is still possible to export py format files, as shown below:
