The perfect solution to win10 system cmd command can not use ssh

Recently, when I access the server remotely, when I run cmd in win+R, I enter ssh to get the local and server mapping, which cannot be realized. Hint: 'ssh' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
