HT for Web has  not only independently developed a powerful  HTML5-  based 2D and 3D rendering engine, which provides rich display effects for visualization. Between  2D configuration and  3D configuration , Hightopo (hereinafter referred to as HT) has a wealth of configuration options on the HT for Web product. This article will introduce how to use HT's rich 2/3D configuration to build one Visualization of the beneficiation process.

The loading and rendering of the scene model takes a certain amount of time. For this reason, we set up a loading animation, and the scene rendering time is indicated by a progress bar.

Both sides include the middle chart, including basic line chart, histogram, table (automatically scrolling content), pie chart, radar chart, etc., with their own dynamic effect demonstrations.

The UV offset animation of the model texture is used to simulate the transfer process of mineral materials. By default, six kinds of machine equipment are provided for viewing. You can select and view through the upper radio button group. After selecting a certain device, the scene will blur all other devices, and the viewing angle will be zoomed in to the selected device, and it will be on the right. The device introduction panel pops up on the side.

Exit viewing: Click the close button in the upper right corner to return to the viewing angle before viewing the device, displaying all models of the original scene.

However, smelting with low-grade lean ores is uneconomical. In order to reduce the cost of smelting, effectively extract useful components in the ore, and comprehensively utilize national resources, the ore mined from the mine must be processed before smelting.

Beneficiation is based on the physical and chemical properties of different minerals in the ore. After the ore is crushed and finely ground, gravity separation, flotation, magnetic separation, electric separation and other methods are used to separate useful minerals from gangue minerals and make A process in which various symbiotic (associated) useful minerals are separated from each other as much as possible to remove or reduce harmful impurities to obtain raw materials required for smelting or other industries. Among the products, those with enriched useful ingredients are called concentrates; those with enriched useless ingredients are called tailings; those with useful ingredients between concentrates and tailings are called medium ore that requires further processing. Beneficiation is a continuous production process consisting of a series of continuous operations, including preparation operations, sorting operations, and product processing operations.

  • Preparation work: This work includes crushing and screening, grinding and grading. The main purpose is to separate useful minerals from gangue minerals, and useful minerals from useless minerals to prepare for the separation of monomers. This kind of preparation is to divide the material into a number of suitable grades to prepare for the sorting operation.
  • Beneficiation operation: This is the key operation (or main operation) of the beneficiation process. It adopts different beneficiation methods according to the different properties of minerals, such as flotation, gravity separation or magnetic separation.
  • Product processing operations: mainly include concentrate dewatering and tailings processing. Concentrate dehydration usually consists of three stages: concentration, filtration, and drying (sometimes required). Tailings treatment usually includes tailings storage and tailings water treatment.
