Problem description: After
formatting, the disk only has a little hidden files generated by formatting. It is also very simple to find a way to assemble the formatted data on a computer disk. 
Tools/Software: Extreme Data Recovery Software
Step 1: After the software is running, directly select the partition that needs to be recovered, and then click the "Start Recovery" button in the upper right corner to start scanning data. 
Step 2: After the program finds the data, it will be placed in the same directory as the volume label of the disk to be restored. 
Step 3: Select all the files that need to be restored, right-click and select "Copy File", the program will copy the checked files. 
Step 4: The last step only needs to wait for the program to complete the copy of the data. 
Note 1: If you want to restore the format of the F disk, you need to pay attention. You must restore the data before saving files to this disk.
Note 2: The data recovered from formatting needs to be temporarily saved to other disks.
