自考分三个阶段，我们现在顺利完成了第一个阶段，我们明白了读书不能着急，应该慢慢来，三遍读书法是有科学依据的，第一遍快速阅读也是必不可少的，而且不能得过且过，应该先了解自己的阅读速度，然后慢慢加快速度，达到快速阅读的标准。
宏观理解十分重要，所以要做好预习本来读第一遍的时候我们觉得只要认真可以读懂一点的，但是效果却不尽人意，内容晦涩难懂，有点专业，以至于越读越难受，然后开了动员大会以后，我才明白一定要做好预习，上去就读是不对的，我们要对课本有一个大概的了解，我们要知道自己要去学的是什么，要怎么学。而不是拿到手里就开始看，所以看之前的了解是及其重要的，要做好预习。
读书方法要慢慢改进达到标准，快速阅读法一定会在慢慢的实践之中体现他的好处的，我们小组要慢慢会加快速度，组长一定要起好带头作用。我会努力的。
