Transparency is divided into 256 levels (0-255), and it is expressed as (00-ff) in hexadecimal on the computer.
Transparency is 0 level, opaque is 255 level, if 50% transparent is 127 level (of course, half of 256 is 128, but because it starts from 0, it is actually 127).
Transparency and opacity are two concepts, and they add up to 1, or 100%.
The transparency alpha in ARGB means opacity.
