10 years ago, in 2009, when Node.js was first released, I changed from a Java programmer to a JavaScript programmer. ry has also become one of my idols.
Ten years later, in 2019, Node.js and Deno's father ry visited China for the first time. During this period, he sent me an email inviting me to have coffee in Beijing and discuss Deno's future development plans.
Last year I started writing Deno technical articles in China, and this year I became a contributor to Deno core code. Completed the implementation of multiple WHATWG specification compatibility, and developed an extension to support Deno (vscode-deno) for VSCode.
On the eve of the official release of Deno 1.0, the VS Code extension I developed for Deno was also moved to the official warehouse. https://github.com/denoland/vscode_deno/commit/37c7ad34248506bf778d89b3ab755f6920c705cf , which is still maintained by me.
