Outlook client cancels the Thinkmail pop-up window

1. Problem description

The Thinkmail address book plug-in is installed on the Outlook client, causing the Thinkmail address book plug-in login window to pop up when the Outlook client is opened.

2. Solution

Click "File" in the upper left corner,

click "Options" and

on "Outlook Options", select "Add-ons", click "Go" and

uncheck "Richinfo Address Book Component" to use it normally.
