1 Install Anaconda

2 Reinstall Anaconda
2.1 Uninstall Anaconda
Use Anaconda's own uninstall program to uninstall, path example:
"root\anaconda3\Uninstall-Anaconda3.exe"；
2.2 Install the latest version of Anaconda
Then install the latest version of Anaconda;
