ZCC2530 3A is a low-dropout linear regulator, designed for high-current and low dropout applications. The use of dual power supply apparatus, the control input of the control circuit, power input as low as 1.0V, the output current may be provided. 3A having ultra low dropout output current and output voltage, and having a complete protection. VOUT can be as low as 0.8V. Other features include soft-start, undervoltage protection, current limiting protection, power-on reset and overtemperature protection. ZCC2530 using DFN3x3-10L and PSOP8 package.
