The YB203H series is a set of three-terminal low-power high-voltage regulators implemented in CMOS technology.
The output current is 200mA and the allowable input voltage can be as high as 80V.
It has several fixed output voltages ranging from 2.1V to 12.0V. CMOS technology can ensure that it has the characteristics of low voltage drop and low quiescent current. The highest withstand voltage is 100V.
Although mainly designed for fixed voltage regulators, this IC can be combined with external components to obtain variable voltage and current.
Simple peripherals, very suitable for small current power supply applications such as single-chip microcomputers
