Celebrate Windows 10 users to break 1 billion, Microsoft demonstrated the new UI design

Earlier this week, Microsoft announced that  Windows 10 users exceeded 1 billion . To mark the occasion, the company posted a promotional video preview to celebrate. Content included in the video are: new design file explorer, context menu, Microsoft Photos application, a calculator, and "Start" menu.

Previously, Microsoft had demonstrated in the latest Windows Insider podcast in  the new design in the Windows 10 "Start" menu . That is, not to emphasize the Live Tiles, the purpose is to visually "Start" menu from the chaos of color becomes more uniform color. In the promotional video, Microsoft is focused on showing this aspect, but also shows the dynamic magnet spacing on some changes.

The new design of the File Manager, its design is similar to Windows 10X holds many lessons on the show, using OneDrive online experience layout and icons. However, it now appears, it seems not a substitute for the current file explorer.

Meanwhile, Microsoft is also developing an updated UI for context menus, making it look more uniform over the entire operating system.

The user can click anywhere on the desktop to access the context menu by right. It adds a new option to help users navigate between files, open a Web browser and access the tab in the Explorer. 

The video also includes a Microsoft Windows icon changes recently introduced. Windows 10 built-in applications are gradually updated, adding a new color icons, so that Windows 10X better compatibility Surface Neo dual-screen and other equipment.

It is noteworthy that, Windows 10 new UI is still under development, has not yet been tested for Windows Insider as well as ordinary users push.
