Windows UI design of better than 95 Windows 10?

Windows 95 this antique UI and UX design recently on Reddit suddenly get a lively discussion.

UX enthusiast Tuomas Salo tweet expressed his appreciation on the UI and UX design for Windows 95, but today we are saying these are the essence of 95 to lose in this regard.
