Android Studio中真机调试出现Application XXX is waiting for the debugger to attach的提示，卡住不动

1、问题：Android Studio中真机调试出现Application XXX is waiting for the debugger to attach的提示，卡住不动
2、解决办法：使用Debug方式可以启动程序，正常运行会这样（一开始没这种问题），但是换别的手机运行程序也没问题，暂时记录原因不详
