启动MySQL出现问题：

The MySQL server is running with the –secure-file-priv option so it cannot execute this statement

解决方案：

在MySQL安装目录下找到 my.ini文件，编辑打开；

在[mysqld] （注意！！！不是[mysql] )  下加上一行：secure_file_priv =

之后重启MySQL即可！
