VNC Viewer中启动qt5.5.0的qtcreator，报告QXcbConnection: Failed to initialize XRandr等，无法启动

在终端，使用 /path_to_qt/qtcreator -noload Welcome 参数启动。

修改菜单，编辑 ~/.local/share/applications/DigiaQt-qtcreator-community.desktop，在Exec=... 的一行最后添加 -noload Welcome 参数。
