提示找不到_ssl模块。用 pip install ssl 语句也无法安装。

原因：

是环境变量的问题！
D:\Anaconda3; 
D:\Anaconda3\Scripts; 
D:\Anaconda3\Library\bin 
要添加三个环境变量，而不是只添加Scripts那个！
