solaris安装oracle遇INS 30131 错误。[INS-30131] Initial setup required for the execution of installer valid

[INS-30131] Initial setup required for the execution of installer validation

安装11.2.0.4，报错：

 [FATAL] [INS-30131] Initial setup required for the execution of installer validations failed.
   CAUSE: Failed to access the temporary location.
   ACTION: Ensure that the current user has required permissions to access the temporary location.
反复安装多次都是。

打开debug，监控

$cd /tmp

$rm -rf CVU_11.2.0.4.0_oracle

$runInstaller -debug -logLevel finest

仍然报错，查看信息，exectask.sh权限不对，看ls看却没看出什么问题。试运行也可以。

再次安装，居然就通过了，很奇怪。

PS：这边我是linux安装oracle12c，遇到了这个问题，但是同样适用
