web.py安装的坑ERROR: Command "python setup.py egg_info" failed with error code 1(我在国内基本找不到解决方案)

The above version [0.39] only supports Python 2. If you looking for Python 3 support, try the experimental version.

python3 experimental version:

pip install web.py==0.40-dev1

在python3中安装web.py，不能使用pip install web.py，还可以直接下载py3版本的源码进行安装
