解决方法：
由于我是已经解决了这个问题，安装了Intel x86 Emulator Accelerator，所以显示后面显示的是 Installed,如果报错和我贴的图一样，就可以试下上面的方法，下载成功以后会看到下图结果：
该文件夹内部如下图所示：
然后再运行就可以了
Android Studio3.1.2运行模拟器出错Emulator:emulator:ERROR:x86 emulation currently requires hardware acceleration!
