在DELL R730上安装CentOS或Ubuntu，VMware workstation 使用物理硬盘（解决不识别物理硬盘的问题）

主要解决办法是：

在虚拟机的设置里面添加硬盘，是的，是另外添加的，不是创建的时候指定的，

Ubuntu/CentOS下的物理硬盘标识是一串UUID。
