报错信息：
Retrying (Retry(total=4, connect=None, read=None, redirect=None, status=None)) after connection broken by 'ConnectTimeoutError(<pip._vendor.urllib3.connection.VerifiedHTTPSConnection object at 0x0581C150>, 'Connection to pypi.org timed out. (connect timeout=15)')': /simple/numpy/
原因：请求超时，数据源有问题。
默认pip是使用Python官方的源，但是由于国外官方源经常被墙，导致不可用，我们可以使用国内的python镜像源，从而解决Python安装不上库的烦恼。
解决办法：
1、修改源（临时）：
可以在使用pip的时候在后面加上-i参数，指定pip源。
eg:
pip install scrapy -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
pip install numpy -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple如果有如下报错：
请使用命令：
pip install numpy -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple --trusted-host pypi.douban.com其他一些国内的pip源，如下：
阿里云 http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/
中国科技大学 https://pypi.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/simple/
豆瓣(douban) http://pypi.douban.com/simple/
清华大学 https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/
中国科学技术大学 http://pypi.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/simple/
#### 注意后面要有/simple目录！！！ ####
2、修改源方法（永久修改）：
linux:
修改 ~/.pip/pip.conf (没有就创建一个)， 内容如下：
[global]
index-url = https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
windows:
直接在user目录中创建一个pip目录，如：C:\Users\xx\pip，新建文件pip.ini，
windows在%HOMEPATH%\pip\pip.ini
内容如下：
[global]
index-url = http://pypi.douban.com/simple
[install]
trusted-host=pypi.douban.com
这样在使用pip来安装时，会默认调用该镜像。
临时使用其他源安装软件包的python脚本如下：

os.system(command)也可以使用读入文件进行安装。
