警告信息如下： 

WARNING ITMS-90725: "SDK Version Issue. This app was built with the iOS 11.4 SDK. Starting March 2019, all iOS apps submitted to the App Store must be built with the iOS 12.1 SDK or later, included in Xcode 10.1 or later.

 今天上传版本到App Store，到最后一步报上面警告。

这时版本已经构建成功了 。只是提醒你xcode需要更新了 到2019年3月份就不能用你现在xcode版本上传了。
