今天创的一个新项目，改web.xml的版本的时候给报了这个错。
之前在另一台机器上，同样的环境，同样的tomcat，一点问题都没有。
无奈之下只能将版本由2.5改到3.0,问题遂消失。
因此猜测也许是eclipse的版本太高不支持？？？？
毕竟唯一的不同就是eclipse的版本
