mysql遇到时区错误的问题：The server time zone value 'Öйú±ê׼ʱ¼ä' is unrecognized or represents more than one

在jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/test后面加上
?serverTimezone=GMT%2B8&useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf-8
就可以了
