下了个ubuntu18.04，更新源后安装pip3
apt install python3-pip
结果居然报错了

之前安装都没出现过这个错误，只好按提示操作了，缺少依赖，于是
apt install python-pip-whl
但是安装的时候又提示说缺少其它依赖了
百度了一下，有说
apt install aptitude
用这个会自动解决依赖问题，然而我试了一下
居然又出现新的依赖问题
实在没辙之际，突然想到是不是软件源的问题，我安装完ubuntu后，将软件源修改为阿里源了，但是修改完之后执行apt update和apt upgrade的时候却又没问题。
死马当活马医，再次将软件源改为系统默认的
改完后执行apt install python3-pip这次没报错，顺利的安装完pip3 了
虽然问题解决了，但是不懂原来阿里源的问题在哪，之前在ubuntu14.04和ubuntu16.04修改成阿里源后也没出现过这个问题
