本来是执行clean tomcat7:run命令的，结果执行clean的时候就报错了，卧槽，不能清除log,那就是log被某个程序占用了，所以不能清除，XX，刚刚启动的程序没有关闭，terminate.再次启动，ＯＫ了！

解决办法：
在编译好的classes文件夹下没有spring那个文件夹，及文件夹下的xml文件
没有的原因是：在pom.xml文件中让它扫描java文件夹下的配置文件，于是它就自动忽略掉了，resource文件夹下的配置文件了
解决：所以在这里应该加上对resource的扫描，如下图
重新启动编译
哈哈 classes文件夹下编译出对应的文件，异常解决
