ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on '192.168.0.10' (111) 客户端连接 centos 7 mysql 数据库失败

排查了 /etc/my.cnf 里面的 bind-address 等问题，如果还不行 请执行试下

/bin/systemctl stop firewalld.service
/bin/systemctl disable firewalld

centos 7 防火墙是 firewall ， 不是 iptables
