报错信息： Can not find the tag library descriptor for “http://java.sun.com/jstl/core”
原因就是缺少jstl1.2.jar，下载链接：http://www.mvnrepository.com/artifact/javax.servlet/jstl/1.2
下载下来之后放到/WENB-INF/lib目录下面就ok了
