安装flask时报错：The C extension could not be compiled, speedups are not enabled.Plain-Python installation

*背景故事：
在win7电脑上，使用pip install flask 的时候，发现安装依赖文件MarkupSafe-1.0的时候，无法安装。
于是就下载MarkupSafe-1.0文件，使用文件包编译之后再安装的方式，于是就遇到的如下报错：*

WARNING: The C extension could not be compiled, speedups are not enabled. Plain-Python installation succeeded.

解决方案：
在下载的安装包里面进入如下目录：
markupsafe/_speedups.c 删除_speedups.c这个c语言的扩展包即可正常安装了

隐患：
_speedups.c 这个文件包会影响哪些功能还不清楚
