pip安装jupyter时报错Command "python setup.py egg_info" failed with error code 1 in /tmp/pip-build-Fd4ir0/

执行如下两条命令，或许可以解决。我的就是可以解决了。

apt-get update

python -m pip install --upgrade --force pip

然后安装jupyter，竟然成功了。

pip install jupyter
