在安装/卸载vs的过程中经常会遇到各种各样的问题。如果遇到 another setup is in progress please wait for it to complete 的问题的话说明已经msiexec.exe在进程中了（这可能是先前你更新或卸载vs其他版本时没有正常处理所遗留下来的问题）。这时候你可以去看一下任务管理器的进程中有没有msiexec.exe ，有的话kill掉就可以了。
