一、问题描述
今天又是美好的一天(ง •_•)ง是时候开始学习板砖了
打开Anaconda在自己的虚拟环境安装jupyter notebook，还没运行个几秒就报错，报错内容还很长一大段（反正我又看不懂了）
CondaHTTPError: HTTP 000 CONNECTION FAILED for url <https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/conda-forge/win-64/repodata.json><br>Elapsed: -<br><br>An HTTP error occurred when trying to retrieve this URL.<br>HTTP errors are often intermittent, and a simple retry will get you on your way.<br>SSLError(SSLError(SSLError("bad handshake: Error([('SSL routines', 'ssl3_get_server_certificate', 'certificate verify failed')],)",),),)<br>
但问题不大，因为你看到此篇报错记录教程，说明问题已经解决啦~~~~（正确的废话）
二、解决方案
打开电脑C盘内User文件夹（图中命名为用户），在打开Administrator文件夹内的.condarc文件，选择文件点击鼠标右键用记事本打开
2.1解决方案一
.condarc文件用记事本打开后，内容如下图所示，不同人打开后显示的内容可能不太一样，但影响不大~~
可以先试试删掉- default，记得保存，然后退出，重新退回Anaconda Navigator界面安装jupyter notebook，说不定bug就没了呢~~~
2.2解决方案二
哈哈哈，我又翻车了，问题没有解决
根据网上搜罗的五花八门的答案，我决定再试试将https改为http
保存，退出，再安装
问题解决，nice(●'◡'●)~~~~~
记个后续（与主题不太相关~
前文不是提到博主使用Anaconda Navigator界面安装jupyter notebook嘛，但是不知道为什么在界面内launch的jupyter notebook会显示连接不上内核（暴风哭泣（；´д｀）ゞ
报错：A connection to the notebook server could not be established. The notebook will continue trying to reconnect. Check your network connection or notebook server configuration.
根据直觉（蜜汁自信），可能是缺少某个安装文件？可能也许大概吧~
所以我打开命令行界面Anaconda Prompt，进入自己的虚拟环境，使用命令行pip install jupyter notebook再安装一遍，结果还是不行T_T
我哭了（我装的hhh），后来使用conda install jupyter notebook安装，居然可以了
pip安装不行conda安装就行？有时候解决方案就是这么玄乎，我也不太理解为什么，希望未来哪天有缘能够顿悟吧
