fatal: unable to access‘‘:gnutls_handshake() failed: The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.

在ubuntu18.04上面执行git clone --recursive https://github.com/PaddlePaddle/Paddle.git时提示如下的错误：
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/PaddlePaddle/Paddle.git/': gnutls_handshake() failed: The TLS connection was non-properly terminated.

就在我想查找方法解决的时候，我啥都没改，然后把同样的命令又执行了一遍，结果好了，我。。。。
