这个错误真的是，折磨了我一天。
pycharm中遇见了以下这个错误，试了很多办法都没成，后来终于！

1、在pycharm的命令行中运行：

pip uninstall h5py

然后输入y ，确认卸载

2、输入
pip install h5py

出现这样的一个错误：

3、于是根据这三行的提示输入：

pip install --target=c:\users\dell\anaconda3\envs\tensorflow\lib\site-packages h5py==2.8.0

就安装好了，不再报错了
