pip安装第三方库时报错： pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL, however the ssl module in Python is not available.
报错的原因是没有安装openssl；
解决方法：到https://slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html上下载winopessl，直接下载第一个MSI安装，问题解决；
pip出现WARNING: pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL, however the ssl module in Python is not available.，已解决
