Go back to PlayCover and re-run the game, and the sound should be there. The first run may report an error that the file cannot be found, it doesn't matter, just click the icon to run it again. Some players reported that the game opens with a black screen, and the train is stuck in the same way. It can be solved by changing the file name to a letter in the Finder.
