主題の要件：

図のようにフォームをデザインします。

要件：フォームは、開始後に画面の中央に自動的に配置されます。フォームのサイズは調整できません。フォームの背景色は白です。フォームのタイトルは「マイフォーム実験」です。フォーム上の2つのラベル（そのうちの1つはリンクラベル）リンクラベルのフォントはSong Ti 16です。リンクをクリックしてYandaホームページを開き、[終了]ボタンをクリックしてプログラムを終了します。
