1. Install the software remotely with:

sudo apt-get install xrdp vnc4server xbase-clients

systemctl enable xrdp

systemctl start xrdp

2. Create a user

useradd -s /bin/bash -d /home/zhaobsh -m zhaobsh

passwd zhaobsh

3. Use mstsc  

Zhaobsh user 
password Testxxxx

You can remotely log in.
