This article describes how to install Windows Server 2008 FTP service.
Click "Start" - "Administrative Tools" - "Server Manager", open Server Manager.
Click on the "role" - "Add Role Services."

In the "Select Role Services" screen, check the "FTP server" and all nodes below, click "Next."
Wait for the installation to complete.
After the FTP service is installed, you can see the FTP-related functions in IIS Manager.
