Instrumentation will start activity to deal with the request, then it sends a request to the AMS by Binder, internal AMS and is responsible for maintaining this ActivityStack state activity within the stack, synchronization, AMS ActivityThread desynchronized activity by the state in order to complete the call lifecycle methods
