Chrome can not open the https version of the high-Africa camera and recording function

1. Enter the chrome in the chrome: // flags / # unsafely-treat-insecure-origin-as-secure 

2. Find Insecure origins treated as secure property

3. Add the address you want to trust for example: HTTP: // 192.168.1.8:8080

4. Select Properties  

 

5. Then click on the bottom right corner restart ok
