When for some reason can not access Microsoft's time synchronization server, you can specify the internal time server operating system time synchronization.
1. Modify the time synchronization address
Save the following text into timesync.reg, then double-click OK.

Wherein 1 and 2 as the default, the latter 3,4,5,6 custom alternate address.
2. The program is added to the firewall rules allow the
"C:\Windows\System32\w32time.dll"
