IntelliJ change the project to use the JDK version

JDK version currently used in IntelliJ 1.8, IntelliJ how to modify the use of JDK version 1.11 of it?

You can be modified in IntelliJ.

When you select File, then select Project Structure

Then you need to install a different version of the JDK in your project structure.

Select the project (Project) and choose a different JDK different compilation levels after.

Then refresh your project during compile time, you will find that you are already using IntelliJ new JDK version is set to compile the project.
