The so-called minimum path principle means: any new thing, never learned to understand the process there must be a path of least, the minimum through this path, learning of least resistance. To a large universe of small procedures, was this inevitable path multiplier. Water is our best learning objects, the case of the soft soft power just in case the outbreak just ran out but can not be underestimated.
