1. Go to the website monitoring domain: http: //tool.chinaz.com/dns/

2. Enter A minimum TTL type github.global.ssl.fastly.net view corresponding IP address is 31.13.73.23 me

3. The same minimum TTL input gtihub.com view corresponding IP address, I was 13.229.188.59

4. The above two IP and domain name into the hosts file last. as follows:

31.13.73.23 github.global.ssl.fastly.net13.229.188.59 github.com

5. flush the DNS cache CMD->

ipconfig /flushdns
